New Users & Permissions Management

We’ve significantly changed the way you work with your colleagues and clients in Amplifr. Here’s what happened, why we did this, and how it can improve your social media management workflow.

If you’re the only one using Amplifr in your company — then nothing changed for you.

If you’re a consultant working with multiple clients on multiple projects — you can now choose what exactly each of your clients or their representatives can do. Some may approve each of your posts in Content Workflow and write new post drafts themselves if they feel like it. Other projects can be set up to show them analytics dashboard or the read-only schedule. It’s up to you now.

If you’re managing a larger social media team, you can now set granular permissions for each person on your team.

With that, you can scale your Amplifr account to tens or hundreds of social media accounts, clients, and users.
